Sunday is coming!

Good morning, from Kerrville,Tx.

This is our final week here.  Monday, we will be on our way to visit family in three different locations for the next six weeks. It has been a relaxing time and a pleasure to have been here this summer. We know God has used us, so thanks again for all your prayers and support.

My sermon last week was Jesus Calms the Storms  - Luke 8:22-8:25

My Cup Has Overflowed
I've never made a fortune,
and it's probably too late now.
But I don't worry about that much,
I'm happy anyhow.
And as I go along life's way,
I'm reaping better than I sowed.
I'm drinking from my saucer,
'Cause my cup has overflowed.

Haven't got a lot of riches,
and sometimes the going's tough.
But I've got loving ones all around me,
and that makes me rich enough.
I thank God for his blessings,
and the mercies He's bestowed.
I'm drinking from my saucer,
'Cause my cup has overflowed.

I remember times when things went wrong,
My faith wore somewhat thin.
But all at once the dark clouds broke,
and the sun peeped through again.
So Lord, help me not to gripe,
about the tough rows I have hoed.
I'm drinking from my saucer,
'Cause my cup has overflowed.

If God gives me strength and courage,
When the way grows steep and rough.
I'll not ask for other blessings,
I'm already blessed enough.
And may I never be too busy,
to help others bear their loads.
Then I'll keep drinking from my saucer,
'Cause my cup has overflowed.

I believe that there are some people who are going through some storms in their life. You are facing some difficulties that you can’t handle on your own. I want to encourage you to look to the One that can bring calm to the trouble sea of your life. He can take the darkest life and turn it into the brightest life one could ever live. He wants to take care of our problems for us, but we must rely on Him.
May God be blessed in your life today! Open your heart to the Word of the living God and the needs of those around you so that you may be an encouragement to them.

Here's a song that you may identify with.  This Is The Stuff.  Click and enjoy.

LaVon and I are truly thankful to God for each of you. Thank you for your continual support and interest in our ministry by investing yourself in many ways as partners with us: by prayer, e-mails, phone calls and your financial gifts. Without any of these we could not continue what God has called us to do and that is to share the living water with the world through the RV ministry.

Have a great day, love you, pass it on.
Don
